Ineligible Casual Employee. For the purposes of this memorandum of agreement, a casual employee is an ineligible employee except as specified in (c) immediately above. For clarity, a casual employee who fills a series of regular full-time or regular part-time positions with durations of less than six (6) continuous months each is ineligible even where the cumulative length of a series of such assignments is six (6) months or longer.

  • Casual Employee Casual employee means a part-time employee who is not normally scheduled to work but who may be called in to work to provide coverage as required.
