Ineligible Requests. Legal Assistance and/or Indemnification requests are not approved for an action or claim initiated by an Agent unless it forms part of a legitimate defence to a legal claim, action, or charge for which Legal Assistance was approved.

Ineligible Requests. If Interconnection Customer fails to meet the requirements under Section 1 and Section 2 of this Attachment R, Transmission Provider shall notify Interconnection Customer within twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of the Transition Request of the reasons for such failure and that the Transition Request does not constitute a valid request and Interconnection Customer’s original Interconnection Request would be deemed withdrawn in accordance with Section 3.7 of the LGIP; and any existing Interconnection Agreements (e.g., System Impact Study, Interconnection Facilities Study) would be terminated in accordance with Section 13 of the LGIP.

  • Advance Requests Borrower may request that Lender make an Advance by delivering to Lender an Advance Request therefor and Lender shall be entitled to rely on all the information provided by Borrower to Lender on or with the Advance Request.   • Inspection; Acceptance The Contractor (immixTechnology, Inc.) can only, and shall only tender for acceptance those items that substantially conform to the software manufacturer’s (“Qualtrics”) published specifications. Therefore, items delivered shall be considered accepted upon delivery. The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been delivered. The Government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or re-performance of nonconforming services at no increase in contract price. If repair/replacement or re-performance will not correct the defects or is not possible, the Government may seek an equitable price reduction or adequate consideration for acceptance of nonconforming supplies or services. The Government must exercise its post-acceptance rights-(1) Within the warranty period; and (2) Before any substantial change occurs in the condition of the item, unless the change is due to the defect in the item.

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his/her designee. Requests from the Board will be made in writing to the President of the Association. Requests for negotiations shall be submitted between 60 and 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract term.

  • Completion of Review for Certain Review Receivables Following the delivery of the list of the Review Receivables and before the delivery of the Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Review Receivable is paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents. On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of the related Review Receivable, and the Review of such Review Receivables will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivable and the related reason.

  • Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:

  • Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.

  • CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE By acceptance of this order, Xxxxxx agrees that the scope of the work required is understood by Xxxxxx; that there are no informal commitments by Buyer that in any way affect the work under this order; that there are no open or unresolved issues related to this order except as explicitly stated herein; and that Xxxxxx therefore understands and agrees that this order states the complete agreement of the parties. CAS requirements do not apply if the order does not exceed $650,000 or if the Seller claims an exemption per the Proposal Representation and Certification, or if certified cost or pricing data was not provided.
