Informal Conferences. The MCU and the District encourage periodic informal evaluation conferences between the employee and his/her Supervisor to discuss work performance, job satisfaction, work-related problems and the work environment. If work performance problems are identified, the Supervisor shall attempt to offer constructive suggestions to aid the employee in resolving the problem.
