Common use of Information and other things Clause in Contracts

Information and other things. The Contractor has the right to use Equipment, Plant, and Materials as stated in this Service Information provided by the Employer to provide the service. At the end of the service period the Contractor returns all Equipment and surplus materials to the Employer. Provides items of equipment for the Employer’s use as stated in the Service Information and provides information and other things as stated in the Service Information.
