Information for Collective Bargaining and Contract Administration. For the purposes of collective bargaining and contract administration the College and the Faculty Association agree to make available to the other party upon written request and within a reasonable time information that is mutually agreed to be required. This shall not be construed as to require either party to compile information and statistics in the form requested if such data are not already compiled in the form requested, or to supply any confidential information.

Information for Collective Bargaining and Contract Administration. For the purposes of collective bargaining and contract administration, the University and the Faculty Association agree to make available to the other party upon written request, and within a reasonable time thereafter, information which is mutually agreed to be required. The Parties agree to meet in advance of formal negotiations to discuss what information will or will not be provided. This shall not be construed as to require either party to compile information and statistics in the form required if such data are not already compiled in the form requested, or to supply any confidential information. Where requested information will not be provided, a rationale will be provided in writing.
