Information Provided to the Union In accordance with SPP §3-208, the Employer shall provide, upon the written request of the Union, for each employee in the bargaining unit employee represented by the Union:
Information Accuracy I (a) certify that the information and representations contained in this Agreement and any other document or information that has been or will be furnished to You in connection with My account(s) is complete, true and correct, and acknowledge that knowingly giving false information for the purpose of inducing You to extend credit is a federal crime, (b) authorize You to contact any individual or firm noted herein or on the documents referred to in subsection (a) of this Section and any other normal sources of debit or credit information, (c) authorize anyone so contacted to furnish such information to You as You may request, and (d) agree that this Agreement and any other document or information I furnish in connection with My account is Your property, as the case may be. I shall promptly advise You of any changes to the information in such agreements, documents, or information. You may retain this Agreement and all other such documents or information and their respective records at Your sole discretion, whether or not credit is extended.
Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.
INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.
Information provision In respect of any Restriction of Use Day for which compensation may be payable in a Period under paragraphs 3 and 4, Network Rail shall accurately record such information as it uses and as may properly and reasonably be required to make the calculations required under paragraphs 3 and 4 (including the determination of NF and the relevant version of the Working Timetable referred to in paragraph 9.1(b)(ii) or paragraph 9.2(b)(i)). Network Rail shall maintain that information until the compensation payable under paragraphs 3 and 4 in respect of that Period is finally agreed or determined and provide such information to the Train Operator at its reasonable request.
Provide Accurate Information You represent and agree that all information you provide to us in connection with the Services is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or account information. You agree to keep account information secure, up to date and accurate. You represent that you are a legal owner, or an authorized user, of the accounts at third party sites which you include or access through the Services, and that you have the authority to (i) designate us and our service providers as your agent, (ii) use the Services, and (iii) give us and our service providers the passwords, usernames, and all other information you provide.
Contact Information for Privacy and Security Officers and Reports 2.1 Business Associate shall provide, within ten (10) days of the execution of this Agreement, written notice to the Contract or Grant manager the names and contact information of both the HIPAA Privacy Officer and HIPAA Security Officer of the Business Associate. This information must be updated by Business Associate any time these contacts change.
Information on Postings a) All job postings shall indicate the following: - date of posting and closing date of posting - hours of work, including start and stop times and days off - pay rate - worksite and work area - start date of position - summary of job description/duties - required qualifications
Disclosure to Representatives Recipient agrees that it shall maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and that the Confidential Information shall not, without Provider’s prior written consent, be disclosed by Recipient or by its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, or representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) in any manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, and shall not be used by Recipient or by its Representatives other than in connection with the Solicitation and the evaluation or negotiation of the Agreement; provided that, PG&E may use Confidential Information, consolidated with other market information and not specifically attributed to the Provider, to analyze or forecast market conditions or prices, for its own internal use or in the context of regulatory or other proceedings. Moreover, Recipient agrees to transmit the Confidential Information only to such of its Representatives who need to know the Confidential Information for the sole purpose of assisting Recipient with such permitted uses, as applicable; provided that, Recipient shall inform its Representatives of this Confidentiality Agreement and secure their agreement to abide in all material respects by its terms. In any event, Recipient shall be fully liable for any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement by its Representatives as though committed by Recipient itself.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.
