Information Required From Bidders/Offerors. A.2.1 The Offeror shall submit qualifications and experience statement providing: a) The name of the day-to-day account representative working on the account including full name, title and area of responsibility. b) Provide the names, addresses and phone numbers of three references who can validate the Contractor's ability to successfully perform the work. c) Provide WCCA with a current resume of qualifications. d) Must provide 4 samples including: Print Ad, Web/Advertorial, Press Release, and Sales Brochure. Please include a pricing list of services. e) Please provide a pricing list of services, if available, in addition to the quote on page 7-8

Information Required From Bidders/Offerors. A.2.1 The Offeror shall submit qualifications and experience statement providing: a) The name of the day-to-day account representative working on the account including full name, title and area of responsibility. b) A statement on the person(s) experience in the floral industry to include experience directly related to the development of the scope of services contained herein. c) Information on any additional representatives that might work on the WCCA’s projects. d) Provide the names, addresses and phone numbers of three references who can validate the Contractor's ability to successfully perform the work. A.2.2 The Offeror shall submit a portfolio of pictures with descriptions including each type of arrangement. The portfolio should present a diversity of creative arrangement, small medium and large, including vases. The WCCA reserves the right to request actual samples of floral arrangements.
