REQUIREMENTS/ SPECIFICATIONS. A.1 The Washington Convention Center authority (WCCA) is soliciting Quotations from qualified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) vendors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement to maintain and repair its Motorola UHF Command STAR Lite Radio Console. The goods and/ or services shall be delivered to the Xxxxxx X Xxxxxxxxxx Convention Center, located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials to provide this service. A.1.1 The Contractor shall provide WCCA on as-needed basis a Motorola Certified laborer to maintain and repair its Motorola Command STAR Lite Radio. A.1.2 The Contractor shall provide WCCA with a list of resumes, certifications and references for those person(s) working on this project. A.1.3 The Contractor shall respond within 24 hours to service and or repair the Command STAR Lite Radio Console onsite. A.1.4 The Contractor shall be familiar with the WCCA’s RF equipment (transmitters, repeaters and radios) as well as its Frequencies. A.1.5 The Contractor shall provide the goods and/ or services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the BPA. (See Attachment)

REQUIREMENTS/ SPECIFICATIONS. 3.1 TAM shall maintain the Equipment in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Airworthiness Regulatory Agency Production Approval Holders' ("PAH") instructions for continued airworthiness, engine and/or component maintenance manuals, approved current technical data, service bulletins, applicable Airworthiness Directives, and TAM's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Plan ("Plan"). The Plan shall substantially conform to the PAH data and include the Pratt & Whitney workscopes referenced herein. The Plan shall be xxxxxved xx xxx regulatory agencies with proper jurisdiction. In addition, the Plan shall incorporate all Airworthiness Regulatory Agency procedures/requirements then in effect and applicable to TAM. TAM shall provide Pratt & Whitney with copies of its customized Powerplant Buildup Xxxxals, Xxxxxenance Manuals, wiring diagrams, and all revisions thereto to assure that the Equipment's external configuration conforms to TAM's requirements and specifications. 3.2 TAM shall provide to Pratt & Whitney, before maintenance release and shipment of the Xxxxxmenx xx Xxatt & Whitney, written engineering authority in accordance witx xxxernmental airworthiness regulations for continued use of parts in TAM's engines, Modules and components that are found at inspection or during repair to embody repairs or modifications authorized previously under other than the Type Certificate Holder's ("TCH") technical data. Parts containing such peculiar repair(s) will not be considered candidates for exchange as provided in Article 4, Paragraph 4.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

  • Packing Specifications 7.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Any change to the Process shall be deemed a Specification change. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Catalent, whether requested by Client or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change (including any change to Unit Pricing). Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.
