INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES. 13.1 The Student must at all times when attending the College have available an Approved Computing Device and such device will be required only from suppliers who have been approved by the College to supply and maintain computing devices that shall be connected to the information systems of the College.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES. All WorkSource partners, customers and WIA service providers are required to conserve and protect state resources for the benefit of the public interest. This requirement is necessary to maintain public trust, conserve public resources and protect the integrity of state information resources and systems. Active compliance with this requirement will limit risk and liability for WorkSource partners and customers, as well as individual employees. All WorkSource partners, customers and WIA service providers must conform to WIA Policy #3460 and ESD Policy and Procedure #2016, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference when using ESD-provided state-owned information technology resources.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES. 13.1. Contractor is required to conserve and protect state resources for the benefit of the public interest. This requirement is necessary to maintain public trust, conserve public resources and protect the integrity of state information resources and systems.
13.2. Contractor may only use ESD-provided state-owned information technology resources with expressed permission from ESD Contract Manager.
13.3. If the performance of this Contract requires Contractor to use ESD-provided state-owned information technology resources Contractor may only use such resources to conduct business that is necessary for the performance of this Contract and within the scope of the Contract. Furthermore, Contractor is prohibited from using the resources for any unlawful purpose or any personal use.
13.4. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to create a right of privacy in any content transmitted via ESD's electronic messaging systems. ESD may monitor and log all activity on ESD computing and communication resources, including, but not limited, to internet access. ESD monitoring and logging may be used by ESD for any purpose.
13.5. USB, external and internal peripherals, and similar devices connected to agency equipment are subject to all applicable federal laws, state laws, state polices, agency policies, executive orders, and this Contract.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES. 2.1 Xxxxxx xxx use any information technology necessary for administration and operation of the Xxxxxxxxxx DACM Program. Such equipment is the responsibility of Xxxxxx.
2.2 Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx must provide links to information regarding each party’s DACM Program on each party’s respective websites. In addition to each party’s website, Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx will also provide a method or mechanism by which DACM applicants may obtain applications and DACM Program information.

30.2 The employer recognises the need to provide appropriate information to all employees, so it is accessible in the workplace in either electronic or hard copy format.
30.3 Where the employer utilises information technology as the means of communicating to employees, the employer must ensure that where employees do not have access to technology, then alternative methods of providing this information will be used.
30.4 The information includes, but is not limited to policies and practice guidelines, human resource manuals, awards and agreements, internal agency news bulletins and updates and job opportunities.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES. The recipient must adhere to the department's procedures and standards when purchasing Information Technology Resources (ITR) as part of any agreement(s) incorporating this agreement by reference. An ITR worksheet is required for any computer related item costing $1,000.00 or more, including data processing hardware, software, services, supplies, maintenance, training, personnel and facilities. The completed ITR worksheet shall be maintained in the LAN administrator's file and must be provided to the department upon request. The recipient has the responsibility to require any subrecipients to comply with the department's ITR procedures.

The Sponsoring Organization must conform to ESD Policy and Procedure #2016, which is hereby incorporated by reference, when using ESD-provided state-owned information technology resources.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES. All department contract providers must receive written approval from the department prior to purchasing any Information Technology Resource (ITR) with contract funds. The provider agrees to secure prior written approval by means of an Information Resources Request (IRR) Form before the purchase of any ITR. The Contract Manager is responsible for serving as the liaison between the provider and the department during the completion of the IRR in accordance with Children and Families Operating Procedure (CFOP) 50-9, Policy on Information Resource Requests. The provider will not be reimbursed for any ITR purchases made prior to obtaining the department’s written approval.
