Infrastructure Monitoring Services. The Service Provider shall provide 24x7 monitoring and management for the Customer’s: • Server (physical, virtual and cloud); • Storage & Backup; • Database; • Messaging; and • Active Directory. The Service Provider shall provide Patch Management Services for the Infrastructure in scope. The service provider shall also provide Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity, monitoring operation on Customer hosted or subscribed datacentres, remote sites or clouds.
