INITIAL BRIEFING. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation and the Secretary of Homeland Se- curity shall jointly brief the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate on the memorandum of agreement required under paragraph (2).

INITIAL BRIEFING. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act [Aug. 3, 2007], the Administrator shall conduct a briefing to the con- gressional committees set forth in paragraph (3) that describes—
INITIAL BRIEFING. 5.1. Before the first entry to the construction site, the Supplier shall attend an initial briefing at the Customer’s premises. The Supplier undertakes to ensure that the initial briefing is attended by the Supplier’s employees and persons involved by the Supplier in performance of the Contract for the Customer (and/or their employees) and other persons entering the construction site upon the Supplier’s request or with the Supplier’s knowledge.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Debriefing If a post-award debriefing is given to requesting offerors, the Government shall disclose the following information, if applicable:

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

  • Monitoring and Review 5.1 The Council and the BID Company shall set up the Standard Services Review Panel within 28 days from the date of this Agreement the purpose of which shall be to:

  • Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.

  • Schedule for Completing Agreement Closeout Activities Provide All Draft and Final Written Products on a CD-ROM or USB memory stick, organized by the tasks in the Agreement.
