Initial Term of Lease. The "Initial Term" of this Lease shall be for a period commencing on September 1, 1998 (the "Commencement Date") and terminating on August 31, 2008.

Said Premises are hereby leased to Tenant, subject to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, for an initial term of ten (10) years commencing on the date that Landlord provides to Tenant (i) a certificate that the Facility is substantially complete and suitable for occupancy by Tenant and (ii) a Certificate of Occupancy from the Town of Shelburne (the "Commencement Date") unless said term be sooner terminated as hereinafter provided (the "Initial Term"). Landlord shall deliver the Facility substantially complete and suitable for occupancy by Tenant and with a Certificate of Occupancy no later than October 1, 2004.
Initial Term of Lease. EXTENSION TERM AND TERMINATION
Initial Term of Lease. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (a)(2) of this sec- tion, the initial lease term must be for at least one year.
(2) The PHA may approve a shorter initial lease term if the PHA deter- mines that:
(i) Such shorter term would improve housing opportunities for the tenant; and
(ii) Such shorter term is the pre- vailing local market practice.
Initial Term of Lease. Subject to the Parties’ execution of this Lease, the effectiveness of this Lease shall commence on the date written on the first page of this Lease (the “Commencement Date”) and Landlord shall deliver to Tenant possession of the Premises on the Commencement Date. The Lease shall expire on the date that is fifty-five (55) years thereafter, unless earlier terminated by subsequent mutual written agreement of the Parties or otherwise in accordance with this Lease. The period from the Commencement Date until the expiration, or any such earlier termination, of this Lease is referred to herein as the “Term.”

Said Premises are hereby leased to Lessee, subject to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, for an initial term of ten (10) years commencing on June 27, 2008 (the "Commencement Date") and expiring on June 26, 2018, unless extended or said term be sooner terminated as hereinafter provided in this Lease (the "Initial Term").

Said Premises are hereby leased to Tenant, subject to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, for an initial term of five (5) years commencing on June 1, 1999, the "Commencement Date", unless said term be sooner terminated as hereinafter provided (the "Initial Term").
Initial Term of Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, the Initial Term of the Lease shall expire on May 31, 2010.

a. The "Initial Term" of this Lease for the Leased Premises shall be for a period commencing on the Effective Date, and terminating on March 31, 2017.
b. The term "Effective Date" means the date of issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Leased Premises (as defined below) by the Town of Fishkill for the purpose of distribution of heating, ventilating and air conditioning ("HVAC") and plumbing equipment, parts and accessories."
Initial Term of Lease. The space is leased for an initial term of five (5) years, to commence at a.m. on July 1, 1996, and end at 12:00 o'clock noon one June 30, 2001, or on such earlier date as this lease may terminate as provided below, except that, if any such date falls on a Sunday or holiday, then the lease shall end at 12:00 o'clock noon on the business day next preceding the above mentioned date.
