INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS, REGULAR. All teachers employed by the Board shall be issued written contracts in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. Such contracts shall include the following information: Name of teacher, name of school district, Board of Education employing said teacher, type of contract if limited, the number of years the contract is to be in effect, annual compensation to be paid for the first year of the contract, basis of determining compensation (i.e., classroom teacher - B.A. Degree - 5 years’ experience). The teacher agrees that he/she shall abide by Board adopted policies. The contract will be signed and dated by the Treasurer, Board president and the contracting teacher.
