Initiation of Group Grievances. 1. Where more than one faculty member has a common grievance, the Association may initiate a group grievance on their behalf. In such a case, a written grievance will be filed with an Administration representative on the Contract Management Committee. 2. The same steps and time intervals shall apply as in the individual grievances.
