Common use of INJURED EMPLOYEE - TRANSPORTATION Clause in Contracts

INJURED EMPLOYEE - TRANSPORTATION. Employees injured on the job will be provided free transportation by the Company to and from a doctor's office, or a hospital and will be accompanied by a qualified person with First Aid training, if available on the Company premises. Employees requiring transportation home from a doctor's office or hospital following initial treatment shall be reimbursed for costs of such transportation.

Employees requiring transportation home from a doctor's office hospital or hospital medical clinic following initial treatment shall be reimbursed for costs of such transportation.
