Injured Employees. 29.01 An employee injured while at work and on the certification of a doctor is unable to return to his regular duties, shall be paid his regular day rate, providing the injury is a compensable one, for the balance of the day of the injury, less any Workers' Compensation Payment received by the employee for that day.

Injured Employees. 29.01 25.1 An employee injured while at work and on the certification of a doctor is unable to return to his the employee’s regular duties, shall be paid his the employee’s regular day rate, providing the injury is a compensable one, rate for the balance of the employee’s work day during which the injury occurred, except to the extent of the injuryamount which, less any Workers' Compensation Payment received by the employee for that day, may be covered by Workers’ Safety and Insurance benefits. The payment to the employee must, however, have the approval of management.
