Noon Aides. The Board shall provide sufficient noon aides for the supervision of noon extra duties (lunch and playground) in all elementary schools, grades kindergarten through fourth. In particular, these noon aides shall relieve those teachers who normally had supervised the lunchroom and playgrounds during the regularly scheduled lunch period in order to provide teachers with duty-free lunch period. In the event of emergency absences of the aides and substitute aides, the classroom teachers may be requested by the principal to assume the duty. Teachers assuming this duty shall receive the approved hourly rate for the noon aide duties.

Noon Aides. If school is closed for two (2) or more consecutive days, the Superintendent will notify other members of the bargaining unit on a day-to-day basis. If not notified, the employer will provide sufficient work for each employee to equal the amount of time they would have worked on that day had school not been closed. Notification will be made before starting time over local TV and radio stations. The Administration agrees to make a list of employees to be telephoned early; list to be made prior to October 1st. Employees to receive their normal rate of pay, if not properly notified. If the announcements are made and the employee still comes to work despite the announcements, he shall receive no pay.

  • Non-Banking Days When any payment under any of the Security Documents would otherwise be due on a day which is not a Banking Day, the due date for payment shall be extended to the next following Banking Day unless such Banking Day falls in the next calendar month in which case payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Banking Day.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos. b.   • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents. In the event that the Bumiputra lot is sold to a non Bumiputra or if the successful bidder is below the age of 18 or is an undischarged bankrupt or is not legally competent to purchase the property, then such sale shall be cancelled and the deposit paid shall be refunded to the successful bidder and thereafter the Assignee shall be at liberty to put up the property for sale. A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed.   • Grievance Processing Union stewards or Union officials shall be permitted to have time off without loss of pay for the investigation and processing of grievances and arbitrations. Requests for such time off shall be made in advance and shall not be unreasonably denied. The Union will furnish the Employer with a list of Union stewards and their jurisdictions. The Union shall delineate the jurisdiction of Union stewards so that no xxxxxxx need travel between work locations or sub-divisions thereof while investigating grievances.   • HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE To request service for the Covered Product, contact the Administrator toll-free at 833.749.8726, or go online to xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx. All repairs must be authorized by the Administrator prior to service being completed. Claims for unauthorized repairs will be denied. Many oversights, which are not covered under this Agreement, can be due to simple circumstances such as the Covered Product not being switched on, being unplugged, or a fuse blown at the junction box. To avoid a non-covered claim, perform a hard reset as illustrated by the manufacturer in the owner’s manual of Your Covered Product. If You refuse service on a Covered Product after We have dispatched the authorized technician to Your location, You will be billed for that servicer’s applicable trip charge. If You refuse service on a Covered Product, We are no longer responsible for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of Your Covered Product and may choose to refund You the prorated cost of this Agreement. If the cost of this Agreement is refunded at full cost or at a prorated cost, this Agreement will be considered fulfilled and no further action to repair or replace Your Covered Product will be considered.
