Inmate Property. SCORE agrees to provide each Contract Agency Inmate with necessary or appropriate clothing and essential hygiene items. SCORE shall accept, hold and handle, and return any Contract Agency Inmate property in accordance with SCORE’s policies and procedures, and shall be responsible only for Contract Agency Inmate property actually delivered into SCORE’s possession. In the event a Contract Agency Inmate is being transported from a Contract Agency designated detention or correction facility, it will be the responsibility of the Contract Agency to process the Contract Agency Inmate’s property not delivered and accepted into SCORE’s possession as provided in Exhibit E.

Inmate Property. The County shall accept and transport Inmate property in accordance with Attachment B – Property, and shall be responsible only for inmate property actually delivered into County possession. The County shall hold and handle each Inmate’s personal property in the same manner it holds and handles property of other County inmates. In the event a City Inmate is being transported from a City designated detention or correction facility, it will be the responsibility of the City to dispose of the Inmate’s property not delivered and accepted into County possession. When returning Inmates to the City, the County shall transport Inmate property according to the provisions of Attachment B – Property, and it shall be the responsibility of the County to dispose of any of the Inmate’s property not transported with the Inmate.
Inmate Property. The City may transfer to Chelan County only limited amounts of personal property of the City’s inmates’ recovered from or surrendered by inmates to the City upon booking. Personal property in excess of one simple “grocery bag” shall at no time be transferred to Chelan County.

SCORE shall hold and handle each City Inmate’s personal property pursuant to SCORE policies and procedures and in the same manner it holds and handles property of other Inmates. In the event a City Inmate is being transported from a City designated detention or correction facility, it will be the responsibility of the City to process the City Inmate’s property not delivered and accepted into SCORE’s possession. When returning City Inmates to the City, SCORE shall transport City Inmate property according to the provisions of Attachment B – Property, and it shall be the responsibility of SCORE to process any of the City Inmate’s property not transported with the City Inmate.
Inmate Property. CITY may transfer to Sunnyside only agreed amounts of personal property of CITY inmates recovered from or surrendered by inmates to CITY upon booking. Only those items which fit into a 12-inch by 14-inch bag will be allowed on transports, when such transports are conducted by Sunnyside Jail Personnel. Additional legal material or personal belongings may be shipped to the Sunnyside Jail at the expense of the inmate or CITY.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • Equipment and Property A. The Grantee must ensure equipment with a per-unit cost of $5,000 or greater purchased with grant funds under this award is used solely for the purpose of this Grant or is properly pro-rated for use under this Grant. Grantee must have control systems to prevent loss, damage, or theft of property funded under this Grant. Grantee shall maintain equipment management and inventory procedures for equipment, whether acquired in part or whole with grant funds, until disposition occurs.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
