INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Xxxxxx agrees that xxxxxx has inspected the premises and, except as otherwise noted on an attached inspection statement signed by xxxxxx, that xxxxxx finds the premises, appliances and furnishings to be in good condition and accepts them in their present condition. Within 48 hours after xxxxxx takes possession of the premises, xxxxxx must notify lessor in writing of any defects or damages found; if lessee fails to do so, all defects and damages shall be conclusively presumed to have occurred after xxxxxx took possession.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Lessor shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Xxxxxx, to inspect the equipment during business hours at the premises of Lessee or wherever the equipment may be located.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. The Lessor may enter the dwelling unit upon twenty-four (24) hours notice only for the following purposes: to inspect, to make repairs and to exhibit the unit to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, and Lessees. If, however, the Lessor or his agent reasonably believes that an emergency (such as fire) exists which requires an immediate entry, such entry may be made without notice. We generally do an inspection after the first 30 days of residency, and approximately twice annually thereafter, though we reserve the right to inspect at will with proper notice. Xxxxxx understands that proper notice is satisfied by Lessor or Xxxxxx’s agent(s) leaving a recorded message on Lessees voice mail, sending a text message and/or email.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Upon reasonable prior notice to Borrower, Lender, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property and Improvements for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Property and Improvements.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Xxxxxx acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to personally inspect the Rental Items and finds them suitable for its needs and in good condition. Lessee understands the proper use and operation of the Rental Items. Xxxxxx further acknowledges Xxxxxx’s obligation to inspect the Rental Items prior to their use and to notify Lessor of any defects.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Lessor shall at all times have the right to enter any premises where the Rental Items may be located for purposes of inspecting them, observing their use, or removing them.

Xxxxxx understands that proper notice is satisfied by Lessor or Xxxxxx’s agent(s) leaving a recorded message on Lessees voice mail, sending a text message and/or email.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Lessee shall permit Lessor and his agents to enter into and upon the leased premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations to the building.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. § 10.01. Lessee will permit Lessor and its agents, representatives, and employees to enter the premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or any other purpose necessary to protect Lessor's interest in the premises or to perform Lessor's duties under this lease. Lessor must give Lessee reasonable notice prior to conducting an inspection, shall be accompanied at all times by Lessee personnel, shall abide by all reasonable restrictions and requirements of Lessee, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Xxxxxx agrees that Xxxxxx has inspected the premises and, except as otherwise noted on a Move-In Inspection Form signed by Lessee which will be completed within 48 hours after the commencement of the lease, that Xxxxxx finds the premises, appliances and furnishings to be in satisfactory condition and accepts them in their present condition. Within 48 hours after Xxxxxx takes possession of the premises, Xxxxxx must notify Lessor in writing of any defects or damages found; if Lessee fails to do so, all defects and damages shall be conclusively presumed to have occurred after Xxxxxx took possession.
