Inspection of Personal Information. In addition to any other rights of inspection EDC may have under the Agreement or pursuant to applicable law or regulation, EDC may, at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice to the Supplier, enter the Supplier’s premises to inspect: (a) any Personal Information in the possession of the Supplier; or (b) any of the Supplier’s information management policies or practices relevant to the management of the Personal Information or the Supplier’s compliance with this Privacy Undertaking. The Supplier must provide all necessary assistance to EDC in the event of such inspection.

The inspection will be conducted in a manner as not to interfere unreasonably with the Supplier’s business operations, and is subject to the Supplier’s reasonable confidentiality and security policies, procedures and requirements.

The inspection will be conducted in a manner as not to interfere unreasonably with the Tenant’s business operations, and is subject to the Tenant’s reasonable confidentialit y and security policies, procedures and requirements.
Inspection of Personal Information. In addition to any other rights of inspection the Legislative Assembly may have under the Agreement or under statute, the Legislative Assembly may, at any reasonable time and on reasonable notice to the Contractor, enter on the Contractor’s premises to inspect any personal information in the possession of the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s information management policies or practices relevant to the Contractor's management of personal information or the Contractor's compliance with this Schedule and the Contractor must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection. The Contractor must in relation to personal information comply with: the requirements of the Act applicable to the Contractor as a service provider, including any applicable order of the commissioner under the Act; and any direction given by the Legislative Assembly under this Schedule. The Contractor acknowledges that it is familiar with the requirements of the Act governing personal information that are applicable to it as a service provider.
