Inspection of Personal Information. In addition to any other rights of inspection EDC may have under the Agreement or pursuant to applicable law or regulation, EDC may, at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice to the Supplier, enter the Supplier’s premises to inspect: (a) any Personal Information in the possession of the Supplier; or (b) any of the Supplier’s information management policies or practices relevant to the management of the Personal Information or the Supplier’s compliance with this Privacy Undertaking. The Supplier must provide all necessary assistance to EDC in the event of such inspection.
Inspection of Personal Information. In addition to any other rights of inspection the University may have under the Agreement or under statute, the University may, at any reasonable time and on reasonable notice to the Contractor, enter on the Contractor’s premises to inspect any Personal Information in the possession of the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s information management policies or practices relevant to its management of Personal Information or its compliance with this Schedule and the Contractor must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection.

In addition to any other rights of inspection RRU may have under the Agreement or under statute, RRU, or its delegates, may, at any reasonable time and on reasonable notice to the Contractor, enter on the Contractor’s premises to inspect any personal information in the possession of the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s information management policies or practices relevant to its management of personal information or its compliance with the Schedule. The Contractor must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection, including by makings its personnel available to provide such information as may be necessary to facilitate such inspection.

In addition to any other rights of inspection the Local Government may have under the Agreement or under statute, the Local Government may, at any reasonable time during normal business hours and on reasonable notice to the Supplier, enter on the Supplier’s premises to inspect any personal information in the custody or control of the Supplier as a result of its provision of the Services, and any of the Supplier’s information management policies or practices relevant to the Supplier's management of personal information in connection with the Services or the Supplier's compliance with this Schedule, and the Supplier must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection. The inspection will be conducted in a manner as not to interfere unreasonably with the Supplier’s business operations, and is subject to the Supplier’s reasonable confidentiality and security policies, procedures and requirements.

In addition to any other rights of inspection BCIB may have under this Agreement or under statute, BCIB may, at any reasonable time and on reasonable notice to the Contractor, enter on the Contractor’s premises to inspect any Personal Information in the possession of the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s information management policies or practices relevant to its management of Personal Information or its compliance with this Schedule 3 and the Contractor must permit, and provide reasonable assistance in respect to, any such inspection.

The inspection will be conducted in a manner as not to interfere unreasonably with HotSpot’s business operations and is subject to HotSpot’s reasonable confidentiality and security policies, procedures and requirements.

In addition to any other rights of inspection the City may have under the Agreement or under statute, the City may, at any reasonable time during normal business hours and on reasonable notice to the Company, enter on the Company’s premises to inspect any Personal Information in the custody or control of the Company as a result of its performing its obligations under this Agreement, and any of the Company’s information management policies or practices relevant to the Company's management of Personal Information in connection with this Agreement or the Company’s compliance with this Schedule, and the Company must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection. The inspection will be conducted in a manner as not to interfere unreasonably with the Company’s business operations, and is subject to the Company’s reasonable confidentiality and security policies, procedures and requirements.

In addition to any other rights of inspection the Landlord may have under the Agreement or under statute, the Landlord may, at any reasonable time during normal business hours and on reasonable notice to the Tenant, enter on the Tenant’s premises to inspect any Personal Information in the custody or control of the Tenant as a result of its performing its obligations under this Agreement, and any of the Tenant’s information manageme nt policies or practices relevant to the Tenant's management of Personal Information in connection with this Agreement or the Tenant’s compliance with this Schedule, and the Tenant must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection. The inspection will be conducted in a manner as not to interfere unreasonably with the Tenant’s business operations, and is subject to the Tenant’s reasonable confidentialit y and security policies, procedures and requirements.

In addition to any other rights of inspection the Legislative Assembly may have under the Agreement or under statute, the Legislative Assembly may, at any reasonable time and on reasonable notice to the Contractor, enter on the Contractor’s premises to inspect any personal information in the possession of the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s information management policies or practices relevant to the Contractor's management of personal information or the Contractor's compliance with this Schedule and the Contractor must permit, and provide reasonable assistance to, any such inspection. The Contractor must in relation to personal information comply with: the requirements of the Act applicable to the Contractor as a service provider, including any applicable order of the commissioner under the Act; and any direction given by the Legislative Assembly under this Schedule. The Contractor acknowledges that it is familiar with the requirements of the Act governing personal information that are applicable to it as a service provider.
