Inspections of the Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for inspection of portions of Work already performed under this Contract to determine that such portions are in proper condition to receive subsequent Work.

Inspections of the Work. Developer shall permit City's agents or representatives to enter upon the Property to inspect the Improvements at any reasonable time. If any of the work, in the opinion of City, is not being performed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, as defined below, City may direct Developer to stop work and order its replacement or correction, whether or not said unsatisfactory work has been completed. Failure of Developer to act and undertake such corrections within five (5) working days after demand from City and completion within a reasonable time as determined by City shall constitute a default hereunder.
Inspections of the Work. Owner and Owner’s Representative shall have the right to inspect any item of the Work to be provided hereunder. Owner and Owner’s Representative shall have access to those portions of the Site, then under Contractor’s control, and any off-Site locations of Contractor or its Subcontractors being used for performance of the Work, at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice. While at the Site, Owner and Owner’s Representative shall comply with all of Contractor’s safety rules and other job site rules and regulations.
