SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS. Licensee agrees to comply with the reasonable rules and regulations established from time to time at the Tower Facility by Licensor, which may be modified by Licensor from time to time upon receipt by Licensee of such revised rules and regulations. Such rules and regulations will not unreasonably interfere with Licensee’s use of the Licensed Space under this Agreement.
