ANY SUCH REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION CODES WILL BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MSC'S THEN-CURRENT LICENSE MANAGEMENT POLICY. Customer shall provide MSC with the host identifier and any other information reasonably required by MSC for each Customer Computer to permit MSC to generate the necessary authorization codes. Use of any Software without any required authorization codes is prohibited. 8.3 For Software on maintenance, MSC reserves the right to charge MSC's then-current standard hardware transfer fees whenever MSC, in response to a Customer request, generates and delivers to Customer replacement authorization codes due to a change to the Customer Computer. Prior to any such delivery, Customer shall complete, sign and submit MSC’s standard hardware transfe request form. MSC has no obligation to provide replacement authorization codes for changes to the Customer Computer if: (i) the Software is not supported on the proposed substitute computer; or (ii) if Customer is in breach of this Agreement. MSC will not provide replacement authorization codes to Customer if the applicable Software is not currently covered by maintenance. 8.4

Customer shall provide MSC with the host identifier and any other information reasonably required by MSC for each Customer Computer to permit MSC to generate the necessary authorization codes. 8.3 MSC reserves the right to charge MSC's then-current standard hardware transfer fees whenever MSC, in response to a Customer request, generates and delivers to Customer replacement authorization codes due to a change to the Customer Computer. Prior to any such delivery, Customer shall complete, sign and submit MSC’s standard hardware transfer request form. Customer may temporarily use the Software on hardware other than the Customer Computer, to the extent and for as long as the operation of the Software on the Customer Computer is not possible due to an equipment defect. MSC does not provide replacement authorization codes for changes to the Customer Computer if: (i) the average useful life of the Software is exceeded; (ii) the Software is not supported on the proposed substitute computer; (iii) the proposed substitute computer is not approved by MSC for the use of the Software; or if (iv) Customer is in breach of this Agreement.

Customer may only relocate the Customer Computer with MSC’s prior written consent. 8 INSTALLATIE EN LICENTIEVERLENINGS- CODES. 8.1 De klant mag de software alleen op de betreffende in het order schema vermelde klantencomputer installeren, waarbij hij echter bij een netwerklicentie (floating-licentie) of een op naam lopende gebruikerslicentie de software op clientcomputers in het kader van het gekochte licentietype mag installeren, zolang het gebruik van de software door de klantencomputer (licentieserver) wordt gecontroleerd door het licentiemanagement programma vergezeld en geìnstalleerd op de klantencomputer (licentie server). De klant is voor de installatie van de software verantwoordelijk en draagt alle hiermee gepaard gaande kosten. De locatie van de klantencomputer mag door de klant uitsluitend na voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming door MSC worden veranderd.

Se o Software e a Documentação forem disponibilizados ao Cliente eletronicamente (por exemplo, disponibilizado para download eletrônico), a MSC não terá qualquer outra obrigação quanto à entrega sob o Pedido de Compra, seja física ou de outro modo. Para entrega eletrônica, a data de entrega será quando o Software for disponibilizado ao Cliente eletronicamente. 7.3 Se a remessa física for efetuada, a MSC enviará (ou providenciará o envio) ao endereço de entrega comercial indicado no Pedido de Compra de uma cópia da mídia do Software (incluindo, conforme aplicável a documentação que o acompanha, xx xxxxxx, xx xxxxxxx eletrônico, ou outro formulário geralmente disponibilizadas pela MSC) para cada Software licenciado pelo Pedido de Compra. As condições de entrega são F.O.B. Ponto de Remessa. Exceto se de outro modo acordado por escrito entre as partes, a MSC determinará o método da remessa. Uma taxa adicional de remessa e manuseio poderá ser aplicada a remessas físicas. 7.4 Na medida do disponível, vias adicionais da Documentação poderão ser adquiridas pelos preços então vigentes da MSC. 8

The Licensee shall be responsible for installation of the Software and all associated costs. The Licensee may only relocate the License Server with FEV's prior written consent.
