If Customer acquires a Nodelock License, installation and use of the Software will be limited to a single Customer Computer.
Customer may only relocate the Customer Computer with MSC’s prior written consent.
Customer shall provide MSC with the host identifier and any other information reasonably required by MSC for each Customer Computer to permit MSC to generate the necessary authorization codes.
The Customer Computer runs the license manager program accompanying the Software and is sometimes referred to herein as the “license server”.
Each time a User desires to use the Software on any Customer Computer, the Computer shall receive a temporary authorization to use the License Key from the License Server.

MSC does not provide replacement authorization codes for changes to the Customer Computer if: (i) the average useful life of the Software is exceeded; (ii) the Software is not supported on the proposed substitute computer; (iii) the proposed substitute computer is not approved by MSC for the use of the Software; or if (iv) Customer is in breach of this Agreement.
Customer may temporarily use the Software on hardware other than the Customer Computer, to the extent and for as long as the operation of the Software on the Customer Computer is not possible due to an equipment defect.
Authorized Users must be physically present and not accessing or using the Customer Computer or Software from a remote location or another computer.
