Institutional Programs. (Minimum Security) 1. The following criteria apply: a. No more than 7,300 days total left to serve (combination of all cases); b. Has no outstanding felony detainers, felony warrants, revocations, or felony charges pending; and c. Has no violent offenses (inmates with violent offenses must be directly supervised by departmental staff). 2. The following will also be considered in the determination whether an inmate will be assigned to a work crew: a. Past disciplinary history; b. Work history; c. Possession of contraband in accordance with OP-040109 entitled “Control of Contraband and Physical Evidence”; d. Recent assignment to minimum security from a lower security level; e. Current institutional adjustment; and f. Mental or psychological conditions as indicated on the “Activity/Housing Summary” (DOC 140113C). g. Additional factors to be considered are: (1) Problems at home and with family; (2) Problems with other inmates at the facility; (3) Problems interacting with staff; and (4) Personal hygiene and appearance.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3).   • Institutional Arrangements 1. The AIA Council, as established by the AEM under the AIA Agreement, shall be responsible for the implementation of this Agreement. 2. The ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Investment (CCI) as established by the AIA Council and comprising senior officials responsible for investment and other senior officials from relevant government agencies, shall assist the AIA Council in the performance of its functions. The CCI shall report to the AIA Council through the Senior Economic Officials Meeting (SEOM). The ASEAN Secretariat shall be the secretariat for the AIA Council and the CCI. 3. The functions of the AIA Council shall be to: (a) provide policy guidance on global and regional investment matters concerning promotion, facilitation, protection, and liberalisation; (b) oversee, coordinate and review the implementation of this Agreement; (c) update the AEM on the implementation and operation of this Agreement; (d) consider and recommend to the AEM any amendments to this Agreement; (e) Update and endorse the Reservation Lists of this Agreement; (f) facilitate the avoidance and settlement of disputes arising from this Agreement; (g) supervise and coordinate the work of the CCI; (h) adopt any necessary decisions; and (i) carry out any other functions as the AEM may agree.

  • Insurance Programs 35.1 Fringe Benefits a. The Board agrees to provide the: Individual core plan premium on behalf of each regular full time employee Part-time regular employees may receive pro-rated insurance benefits if eligible by the carrier. b. When an employee and legally recognized spouse are both employed by the district and are eligible for the school district group plan, the district shall, at the employees' option, combine the district's insurance contribution toward the family plan.

  • Health Care Spending Account After six (6) months of permanent employment, full time and part time (20/40 or greater) employees may elect to participate in a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) Program designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The HCSA Program allows employees to set aside a predetermined amount of money from their pay, not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by federal law, per calendar year, of before tax dollars, for health care expenses not reimbursed by any other health benefit plans. HCSA dollars may be expended on any eligible medical expenses allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.
