INSTRUCTIONAL LEAVE. H.1 Classified staff members (2) appointed by the Local and Administration, may be granted leave with pay up to three (3) days per year, non-cumulative, to attend a convention or meeting for the purpose of improving job performance. The Board will pay the following: H.1.1 All applicable transportation expenses will be reimbursed at the Internal Revenue Service mileage rate in effect January 1st. H.1.2 Room accommodations H.1.3 $25.00 per person, per day, for meals.
