Instrument Transformers. 1.6.1. Current transformer output shall remain within acceptable limits for all anticipated fault currents and for all anticipated burdens connected to the current transformer. 1.6.2. Current transformers shall be connected so that adjacent relay protection zones overlap. 1.6.3. Voltage transformers and potential devices shall have adequate volt-ampere capacity to supply the connected burden while maintaining their accuracy over the specified primary voltage range. 1.6.4. For each independent protection system, separate current and voltage transformer or potential device secondary windings shall be used, except on low-voltage devices. 1.6.5. Interconnected current transformer secondary wiring and voltage transformer secondaries shall each be grounded at only a single point.

Instrument Transformers. 10.1 CTs and VTs shall conform to the requirement of IS:2705 and IS:3156 respectively. The ratings specified are indicative only and it shall be Vendor‟s responsibility to ensure that the ratings offered are adequate for the relays/meters provided considering lead resistance, etc. 10.2 CTs and VTs shall be of dry air insulated type. 10.3 Facility shall be provided in the terminal blocks for shorting and earthing the CTs. 10.4 VTs shall be provided with adequately rated primary and secondary fuses.

For secondary side, four pole Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) shall be provided with its supervision facility.
Instrument Transformers. A. Current transformers can be primary wound or of toroidal type E with current ratios in accordance with those shown on the drawings and ESD. Secondary’s shall have a 5 amp rating. They shall be capable of continuously carrying 150 % of the rated current at 55° C ambient and will be of applicable ANSI relaying accuracy class as specified in the ESD. By itself the CT can be rated 600 volt class 10 kv BIL. B. Voltage or Potential Transformers, if required, shall be single phase 19.95 kV-69.5V (Y-Yg connection). They shall be insulated for the line-line voltages of 12.47kV and 120v.They shall be of applicable ANSI relaying accuracy class and be provided with primary and secondary fusing. The accuracy class and burden of the PT shall be specified by the Engineering Contractor. C. Instrument transformer secondary’s shall be provided with a safe means to isolate them from the relay inputs for relay testing and calibration.

  • Support Agreements (a) At any meeting of the shareholders of Parent, however called, or at any adjournment or postponement thereof, or in any other circumstance in which the vote, consent or other approval of the shareholders of Parent is sought, each Sponsor shall (i) appear at each such meeting or otherwise cause all of its Parent Ordinary Shares to be counted as present thereat for purposes of calculating a quorum and (ii) vote (or cause to be voted), or execute and deliver a written consent (or cause a written consent to be executed and delivered) covering, all of its Subject Securities: (i) in favor of the Parent Shareholder Approval Matters and in favor of any proposal in respect of an Extension Amendment; (ii) against (or otherwise withhold written consent of, as applicable) any Business Combination or any proposal relating to a Business Combination (in each case, other than as contemplated by the Merger Agreement); (iii) against (or otherwise withhold written consent of, as applicable) any merger agreement or merger, consolidation, combination, sale of substantial assets, reorganization, recapitalization, dissolution, liquidation or winding up of or by Parent (other than the Merger Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby); (iv) against (or otherwise withhold written consent of, as applicable) any change in the business, management or board of directors of Parent (other than in connection with the Merger Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby); and (v) against (or otherwise withhold written consent of, as applicable) any proposal, action or agreement that would (A) impede, frustrate, prevent or nullify any provision of this Agreement or the Merger Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, (B) result in a breach in any respect of any covenant, representation, warranty or any other obligation or agreement of Parent or Merger Sub under the Merger Agreement, (C) result in any of the conditions set forth in Article VIII of the Merger Agreement not being fulfilled or (D) change in any manner the dividend policy or capitalization of, including the voting rights of any class of capital stock of, Parent. Each Sponsor hereby agrees that it shall not commit or agree to take any action inconsistent with the foregoing, and shall not deposit any of its Parent Ordinary Shares in a voting trust, grant any proxy or power of attorney with respect to any of its Parent Ordinary Shares or subject any of its Parent Ordinary Shares to any arrangement or agreement with respect to the voting of such Parent Ordinary Shares unless specifically requested to do so by the Company and Parent in writing in connection with the Merger Agreement, the Additional Agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby. (b) Each Sponsor shall comply with, and fully perform all of its obligations, covenants and agreements set forth in, that certain Letter Agreement, dated as of January 6, 2021, by and among the Sponsors and Parent (the “Sponsor Letter”). (c) Each Sponsor agrees that, if Parent seeks shareholder approval of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement or any Additional Agreements, such Sponsor shall not redeem any Subject Securities owned by it in conjunction with such shareholder approval or the transactions contemplated thereby. (d) During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Time, each Sponsor shall not modify or amend any Contract between or among such Sponsor or any Affiliate of such Sponsor (other than Parent or any of its Subsidiaries), on the one hand, and Parent or any of Parent’s Subsidiaries, on the other hand, except for the amendment of the Investment Management Trust Agreement as contemplated by the Merger Agreement.

  • Security Devices Either party may record any of their telephonic communications. Customer shall comply with any security procedures reasonably required by Bank from time to time with respect to verification of Instructions.   • SHAM CONTRACTING 49.1 Sham Contracting occurs when an Employer engages an individual to perform building work under a contract for services where the true character of the engagement or proposed engagement is that of employment. 49.2 The Employer agrees they will not engage in Sham Contracting and recognises that the practice of sham contracting is unlawful and undermines the job security of the Employees covered by this Agreement. 49.3 The Employer will not enter into a contract with another person (“the Contractor”) under which services in the nature of building work are to be provided to the employer, if: (a) the services are to be performed by an individual (who is not the Contractor); and the individual has any ownership in, or is an officer or trustee of, the contractor; and (b) if the contract were entered into with the individual, the contract would be a contract of employment. 49.4 The Employer will maintain records about any Contractors that it has engaged in the preceding month which will include: (a) the name of the Contractor; (b) the owner(s) of the Contractor; (c) the works that the Contractor was engaged to perform; (d) basis on which the Contractor was paid for the work e.g. lump sum/fixed price, daily rate, other; and 49.5 The Employer will, within 7 days of receiving a written request from the Union, provide a copy of the records which it is required to keep pursuant to the previous subclause. Nothing in this subclause requires the Employer to provide information in a manner that is inconsistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 49.6 Where in breach of this clause a sham contract was in place, such that that Contractor was in fact an Employee under this Agreement, the calculation for back pay will be calculated on the basis of the difference between what they were paid under sham contract arrangement and: (a) 175% of the applicable hourly rate contained in this Agreement; and (b) the Site Allowance (if applicable); and (c) the multi-story allowance (if applicable); and (d) Superannuation (BUSSQ), XXXX, CIPQ and BEWT.
