Insulation and Continuity Testers Provided by Employees. 40.5.1 All Employees agree to provide their own insulation and continuity tester at work and to use it wherever required to test insulations. Testing equipment is to be of an acceptable standard approved by the Company. 40.5.2 A test certificate to be provided upon commencement with the company with Employees to arrange for testing and calibration for their first 12 months of service, Annual testing to be arranged by the company after 24 months of service. Any additional testing or calibration outside this period will be the employee’s responsibility.

Insulation and Continuity Testers Provided by Employees. 34.5.1 All Employees agree to provide their own insulation and continuity tester at work and to use it wherever required to test insulations. Testing equipment is to be of an acceptable standard approved by the Company. 34.5.2 The Company shall provide facilities to calibrate and test this equipment on an annual basis. It is the responsibility of employees to ensure that their equipment is calibrated and tested on an annual basis, with test results provided to a company representative when due or proof to a client if requested.
Insulation and Continuity Testers Provided by Employees. 39.8.1 All Employees agree to provide their own insulation and continuity tester at work and to use wherever required to test installations. Testing equipment is to be of an acceptable standard such as per Clipsal part number 491. 39.8.2 Where requested the Company shall purchase an insulation and continuity tester (Clipsal 491 or similar) on the Employee’s behalf and deduct the cost from the Employees pay over an agreed period. 39.8.3 The Company shall provide facilities to calibrate and test this equipment on an annual basis if required.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
