Annual Testing. The ARC must demonstrate load reduction capability annually as specified by NIPSCO and Midwest ISO.
Annual Testing. Not less than once per calendar year (or more frequently as mutually agreed upon by Servicer and Backup Servicer), Servicer and Backup Servicer shall conduct a test (each, an “Annual Test”) of Backup Servicer’s ability to assume and perform its obligations as Successor Servicer and service the Serviced Assets. Each Annual Test will consist of (i) a temporary test transfer of Obligor loan documentation for a sample of fifty (50) Loans by Servicer to Backup Servicer, (ii) a demonstration by Backup Servicer of Backup Servicer’s ability to to successfully load such sample of Loans onto its systems and (iii) any other tests reasonably requested by Servicer. Client and Backup Servicer shall reasonably agree on the date of each Annual Test no fewer than sixty (60) days prior to such Annual Test. The parties hereto shall cooperate in good faith to ensure that each Annual Test is conducted in a reasonable, efficient and timely manner. Backup Servicer shall document and immediately notify Servicer of any issues that Backup Servicer discovers in connection with any such Annual Test, and Backup Servicer shall remedy such issues to the reasonable satisfaction of Servicer as soon as reasonably practicable.
Annual Testing. The owner must ensure that the Backflow Prevention Device is tested annually by the due date and by a backflow accredited plumber, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Annual Testing. Participant shall perform an annual test to ensure that the Solar Facility’s inverter stops delivering power to the grid when the Solar Facility is disconnected from PGE’s electric distribution system.
Annual Testing. For Meters that require calibration, Arlington shall routinely test for accuracy. The cost will be passed on to Grand Prairie through the Cost of Service Study. Meters will be serviced and calibrated as necessary, but no less frequently than once during each twelve (12) month period. Copies of the results of such calibration and all related information shall be provided to Grand Prairie within 30 days of such calibration. Grand Prairie shall have access to the Meter(s) at all reasonable times; provided, however, that any reading, calibration or adjustment to such Meter(s) shall be done by employees or agents of Arlington, or other mutually approved third party calibration agent, in the presence of representatives of Grand Prairie and Arlington, if so requested by Grand Prairie. Arlington shall provide Grand Prairie with 72 hours prior written notice of such reading, calibration or adjustment. Arlington shall retain the right to test the Meter(s) more frequently than once each twelve (12) month period.
Annual Testing. All officers will be required to submit to an annual drug test, once each calendar year. Such test shall be administered during an officer’s duty hours, unless such scheduling is impractical. In this case, an officer will be compensated at the overtime rate, in accordance with the overtime section of the Overtime Article contained within this Agreement. This annual test will be given at such date/time as the City may direct. All testing shall take place within the City of Xxxxxxxx, Illinois. In the event that an employee tests positive for illegal drugs (confirmed), he will be referred to the City’s Medical Review Officer, and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to, and including termination. Drug testing is currently limited to marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines and PCP.
Annual Testing. Beginning in the calendar year 2002, the employer and Union will set a date certain for the purposes of conducting annual testing through the use of urine testing. Employees who, for valid reason, are not available on such date, will be required to submit urine testing on an alternative date to be set by the employer within two weeks of the primary date. In the case of an employee on long term injury or sick leave, the employer will set a date within two weeks of the return to work. Thereafter, the employer may conduct annual urine testing on a date certain which must fall somewhere between 340 and 370 days after the previous testing. Sample collection and testing will be conducted as set forth below. Any employee testing positive under the testing portion of this policy shall have the right to request a retest using a second analysis.
Annual Testing. Contractor will conduct Criminal Records checks for all guards assigned to this contract, every contract anniversary date.
Annual Testing. Effective June 1, 2000, all individuals who wish to become a participant shall submit to a substance abuse test at least one time every year. In order to remain an eligible participant, each participant must continue to submit to a test each and every year. Subsequent annual testing shall occur during the anniversary period of the annual test. A dated Drug Free Certification Card will be issued to a participant testing negative. A participant refusing to submit or electing not to submit to testing will not be issued a Drug Free Certification Card. Participants will be notified between 60 days prior to their testing anniversary date and their anniversary date that they must renew their certification. Upon receipt, the participant will have 48 hours to report for testing for renewal.
