Common use of Insurance Sub-Committee Clause in Contracts

Insurance Sub-Committee. The Joint Insurance Sub-Committee will evaluate and assess proposals, study trends, and consider new and unique ways of providing health care to employees and make recommendations to the City Manager. The City’s Risk Manager or designee will be a member of this sub-committee. The number of City and CODE representatives on this sub-committee shall be approximately equal.
