INSURANCE SUBMITTAL. Before commencing operations under this Contract, Contractor shall provide Certificate(s) of Insurance and applicable insurance endorsements, in form and satisfactory to RTD, evidencing that all required insurance coverage is in effect. RTD reserves the rights to require the Contractor to provide complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies. The required certificate(s) and endorsements must be sent to: RTD – Procurement Department, 000 X. Xxxxxx Avenue, Stockton, California 95202. Contractor is responsible for providing updated evidence of coverage to RTD throughout the life of the Contract and in accordance with claims-made basis written policies and coverage(s). Contractor shall ensure that RTD is provided with the most recent Certificates of Insurance and endorsements.
