Insured Events and Insurance Benefit. 9.1 Insurance in the case of misuse of the Card, including misuse using the PIN code The Insured Event shall constitute the misuse of the Card of the Insured, including misuse using the PIN code, which withdrawn by the Insured from the account associated with the Card, either at a branch of the bank or from an ATM, if such cash was in the stolen wallet or bag, under the condition that the theft occurred within 48 hours of the cash withdrawal. The Insurance Benefit shall equal the stolen cash up to the combined limit of the Insurance Benefit under Article 9.7 hereof.

The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
