THEFT OR LOSS. In case of theft or loss, RENTER is responsible for the replacement value of the equipment during the rental period. In case of abuse, damage or theft by any person, the RENTER will be charged for the repair or replacement of the equipment.

THEFT OR LOSS. Tenant shall be responsible for the protection and security of the Premises and all property therein from robbery, theft, vandalism, pilferage or other loss. Landlord shall not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, equipment or money occurring within the Premises or the Building, regardless of how or when the loss occurs. Tenant, upon leaving the Premises at the end of any day, shall see that all windows and exit doors from the Premises are closed and locked. Tenant shall furnish Landlord with “after-hours” emergency telephone numbers, for the sole use of Landlord at its sole and absolute discretion. Except for emergency purposes, Landlord will use its best efforts to keep such telephone numbers confidential.
THEFT OR LOSS. If the device is lost or stolen on school property, report it immediately to the teacher and school site principal. For theft or loss off-campus, the device should be reported to the local police department. A copy of the police report must be sent to the District within 48 hours of the discovery of the loss.

If the learning tool(s) is stolen or lost, the Student agrees to immediately report the theft or loss to the nearest Police Station to where the theft/loss occurred and file a police report. The Student shall obtain a police report number, division number, constable’s name and badge number, and submit the information to both Campus Security and the IT Service Desk. Please note that a replacement learning tool(s) will not be issued until all applicable fees have been paid by the Student (subject to the deductible described in section 6 above). After assessing the circumstances, the Institution may, in its sole discretion, elect to discount or waive the Student’s financial responsibility for theft or loss.

In case of theft or loss of any of the Access Devices and/or TOKEN granted under this Agreement, the “CLIENT” shall immediately notify by telephone the Customer Service Center of "INTERCAM BANCO" whose number is included in the "Application-Contract" and any of the "Cover Sheets", where a reference number of the notice will be provided. As long as "INTERCAM BANCO" does not receive notification of the theft or loss of the Access Device and/or "TOKEN", the “CLIENT” will be responsible for the amount of the withdrawals made. Once received by "INTERCAM BANCO" the notice of theft or loss of the Access Device and/or "TOKEN" in question, in the above terms, "INTERCAM BANCO" will proceed to block the use of such Access Device and/or "TOKEN", ceasing from that moment the responsibility of the “CLIENT” for the use of the reported Access Devices and/or "TOKEN". The parties agree that "INTERCAM BANCO":

In case of theft or loss of any of the means of disposition and/or Access Device and/or "TOKEN" granted under this “Agreement” or claims for charges not recognized in the corresponding "Account", the "CUSTOMER" will notify immediately, going to any of the branches of "INTERCAM BANCO" or by telephone to the customer service center of "INTERCAM BANCO" whose number is stated in the "Request-Agreement" and any of the "Cover Sheets" or else, through electronic channels or any other means of communication made available to the "CUSTOMER", where it will be provided, at the option of the "CUSTOMER", in writing or through electronic or communication means agreed with the "CUSTOMER", a reference number of the notice, as well as the date and time it was received. As long as "INTERCAM BANCO" does not receive notice of the theft or loss of the means of withdrawal and/or Access Device and/or "TOKEN", the "CUSTOMER" will be responsible for the amount of the withdrawals made. Once "INTERCAM BANCO" receives notice of the theft or loss of the means of withdrawal and/or Access Device and/or "TOKEN" in question, in the above terms, "INTERCAM BANCO" will proceed to block the use of said means of withdrawal. The parties agree that "INTERCAM BANCO":

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained ------------- above regarding the ability to cure defaults, should any loss, theft or substantial damage to, or destruction of, any material portion of the Collateral, it shall similarly constitute an Event of Default unless within 10 days after the occurrence of any such event, Purchaser furnishes to Lender evidence satisfactory to Lender that the amount of any such loss, theft, damage to or destruction of the Collateral is fully insured under policies naming Lender as an additional named insured or loss payee or such Collateral is otherwise replaced by comparable Collateral of similar value.
