Integrity of the Grievance Procedure. It is expressly understood and agreed that such meetings shall be exclusive of the grievance procedure. Grievances being processed under the grievance procedure shall not be discussed in detail at such meetings, and any discussions of pending grievances shall be non‐binding on either party and solely for the purpose of exploring alternatives to settle such grievances and such discussions shall only be held by mutual agreement of the City and the Council.
