Inter schools challenge Clause Samples

Inter schools challenge. Concept: We are using here a good practice from ELTIS based on the Traffic Snake Game. But as it is a first in Haute-▇▇▇▇▇▇, we will first organise it on a one-day basis. Pupils and teachers are invited to go to school on foot, by bike (or by bus) on the Thursday 3rd of June 2010. The school with the greatest proportion of people coming by other means of transport than a car will win the challenge and will receive a tree to be planted in their yard. Stakeholders: • Schools from Haute-▇▇▇▇▇▇, • Parents, • Municipalities. Calendar of actions: February 2010: Setting up of the general concept. March 2010: Creating documentation for the challenge: rules, subscription files, flyers. Creation of an online internet page on scholar mobility in which one part is dedicated to the challenge. April 2010: Sending of an information letter to all the schools of the region. Sending of an information letter to all the municipalities of the region. Opening of the subscriptions to participate. Creation of a poster on the basis of the flyer. Creation of a recommendations letter (how to organise the day, how to count people etc.) and tools for participating schools (paper to count the walkers, cyclists, diploma for participants).
