Inter schools challenge. Concept: We are using here a good practice from ELTIS based on the Traffic Snake Game. But as it is a first in Haute-Xxxxxx, we will first organise it on a one-day basis. Pupils and teachers are invited to go to school on foot, by bike (or by bus) on the Thursday 3rd of June 2010. The school with the greatest proportion of people coming by other means of transport than a car will win the challenge and will receive a tree to be planted in their yard. Stakeholders: • Schools from Haute-Xxxxxx, • Parents, • Municipalities. Calendar of actions: February 2010: Setting up of the general concept. March 2010: Creating documentation for the challenge: rules, subscription files, flyers. Creation of an online internet page on scholar mobility in which one part is dedicated to the challenge. April 2010: Sending of an information letter to all the schools of the region. Sending of an information letter to all the municipalities of the region. Opening of the subscriptions to participate. Creation of a poster on the basis of the flyer. Creation of a recommendations letter (how to organise the day, how to count people etc.) and tools for participating schools (paper to count the walkers, cyclists, diploma for participants).   • Content You Provide You hereby grant to the Financial Institution and its service providers, including Central 1 and Yodlee Inc.   • Complaints and Feedback 15.3.1 The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services will rest with the Provider.   • Problem Solving Employees and supervisors are encouraged to attempt to resolve on an informal basis, at the earliest opportunity, a problem that could lead to a grievance. If the matter is not resolved by informal discussion, or a problem-solving meeting does not occur, it may be settled in accordance with the grievance procedure. Unless mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union problem-solving discussions shall not extend the deadlines for filing a grievance. The Union Xxxxxxx or in their absence, the Local Union President, or Area Xxxxxxx, or Chief Xxxxxxx, either with the employee or alone, shall present to the appropriate supervisor a written request for a meeting. If the supervisor agrees to a problem- solving meeting, this meeting shall be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the request. The supervisor, employee, Union Xxxxxxx, and up to one (1) other management person shall attempt to resolve the problem through direct and forthright communication. If another member of management is present that person will not be hearing the grievance at Step Two, should it progress to that Step. The employee, the Union Xxxxxxx or in their absence, the Local Union President, or Area Xxxxxxx, or Chief Xxxxxxx, may participate in problem-solving activities on paid time, in accordance with Article 31, Union Rights, Section 1H.

  • NO HARDSTOP/PASSIVE LICENSE MONITORING Unless an Authorized User is otherwise specifically advised to the contrary in writing at the time of order and prior to purchase, Contractor hereby warrants and represents that the Product and all Upgrades do not and will not contain any computer code that would disable the Product or Upgrades or impair in any way its operation based on the elapsing of a period of time, exceeding an authorized number of copies, advancement to a particular date or other numeral, or other similar self-destruct mechanisms (sometimes referred to as “time bombs,” “time locks,” or “drop dead” devices) or that would permit Contractor to access the Product to cause such disablement or impairment (sometimes referred to as a “trap door” device). Contractor agrees that in the event of a breach or alleged breach of this provision that Authorized User shall not have an adequate remedy at law, including monetary damages, and that Authorized User shall consequently be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction, or other form of equitable relief against the continuance of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies to which Authorized User shall be entitled.

  • TOOLS AND CLOTHING 30.1 An employee shall be required to provide himself with the ordinary hand tools of his trade, based on established trade union practices at the time of signing of this Agreement. EPSCA and the Union shall establish an appropriate tool list for each trade.
