Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.
VACATIONS WITH PAY 21.01 All regular employees will receive vacation with pay in accordance with the following schedule.

Options within the Layoff Unit A. Employees will be laid off in accordance with seniority, as defined in Article 39, Seniority. Transactions with Affiliates Directly or indirectly enter into or permit to exist any material transaction with any Affiliate of Borrower, except for transactions that are in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business, upon fair and reasonable terms that are no less favorable to Borrower than would be obtained in an arm’s length transaction with a non-affiliated Person.

Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion.
