INTERCONNECTION STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS. The Constellation Observing System for Meteorology, Ionosphere, and Climate Product Generation and Distribution (COSMIC-PGD) system is a major application owned and operated by the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) on behalf of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). UCAR operates the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF). The purpose for the interconnection between UCAR and the Brazilian National Institute for Space Research (INPE) is to exchange weather data between the COSMIC-PGD system owned by UCAR/COSMIC, and the INPE Constellation Observing System for Meteorology, Ionosphere, and Climate Product Generation and Distribution (INPE-COSMIC-PGD) system owned by INPE.

INTERCONNECTION STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS. The requirements for interconnection between USAC and SERVICE PROVIDER are for the express purpose of connecting and exchanging data between USAC’s pre-production (staging) and production environment servers for the National Lifeline Accountability Database (“NLAD”) and the National Verifier (“NV”) Systems owned by USAC and the SERVICE PROVIDER’s development and production environment servers. SERVICE PROVIDER will use an API (application programming interface) connection to NLAD and/or NV Systems to confirm an applicant’s eligibility for the federal Lifeline program benefit or the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program benefit and/or to query against the database of enrolled subscribers to ensure the applicant does not already receive the benefit(s). The purposes of the connection are to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse; ensure applicants are eligible to receive the federal Lifeline program benefit or the EBB program benefit; and prevent subscribers from receiving duplicate benefits.

  • Nyiso and Connecting Transmission Owner Authority General.‌‌ NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may take whatever actions with regard to the New York State Transmission System or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities it deems necessary during an Emergency State in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, (iii) limit or prevent damage, and (iv) expedite restoration of service. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the Large Generating Facility or the Developer’s Attachment Facilities. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may, on the basis of technical considerations, require the Large Generating Facility to mitigate an Emergency State by taking actions necessary and limited in scope to remedy the Emergency State, including, but not limited to, directing Developer to shut-down, start-up, increase or decrease the real or reactive power output of the Large Generating Facility; implementing a reduction or disconnection pursuant to Article 13.4.2; directing the Developer to assist with blackstart (if available) or restoration efforts; or altering the outage schedules of the Large Generating Facility and the Developer’s Attachment Facilities. Developer shall comply with all of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating instructions concerning Large Generating Facility real power and reactive power output within the manufacturer’s design limitations of the Large Generating Facility’s equipment that is in service and physically available for operation at the time, in compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations.

  • Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner Notice Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Large Generating Facility or the Attachment Facilities, each of which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Party. The notifying Party shall: (i) provide the notice as soon as practicable, provided such Party makes a good faith effort to provide the notice no later than twenty-four hours after such Party becomes aware of the occurrence; and (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party copies of any publicly available reports filed with any Governmental Authorities addressing such events.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services.   • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.
