Use of Email. The Parties record that whilst they may correspond via email during the currency of this Agreement for operational reasons, no formal notice required in terms of this Agreement, may be given via email, save where a legal notice is sent electronically and also delivered by hand to a responsible person.
Use of Email. 1. Grievances must be filed via email addressed to the University’s official email address for this purpose, which is XXXXXxxxxxXxxxxXxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx. Emailed grievances submitted and/or any responses issued after 5:00pm during regular business days shall be deemed received on the next business day. The University’s email server’s internal clock shall govern any disputes regarding date and/or time of receipt.

Use of Email. If you use e-mail to communicate with us, you authorise us to reply to you by e-mail. This includes sending your confidential information to you at your request. JN Bank will not be required to act on instructions or communications sent by e-mail unless they are sent from an e-mail address which you have indicated on your line of credit application, you have specified in writing and sent to us or is part of your record of information on file at the time of the request. JN Bank reserves the right to verify information sent via email and as such, may require proof of identification of the sender.

Use of Email. 3.1 In order to be as responsive as possible we will normally communicate with you via email. 3.2 We do not accept responsibility for any errors or problems that may occur through the use of email. All risks connected with the passage of such information shall be borne by you. If you do not agree to accept this risk then you should notify us in writing that email is not an acceptable form of communication. 3.3 We do not accept service or correspondence via encrypted email.
