Interim Reexaminations. 1 The monthly rent described Section II of this Lease as adjusted pursuant to the latest Reexamination described in subparagraph (A) above, will remain constant for the period between Reexaminations, unless during such a period any of the following "Changes in Circumstance" occur:

Interim Reexaminations. The family must comply with provisions of its lease regarding interim reporting of changes in income. If the owner re- ceives information concerning a change in the family’s income or other circumstances between regularly scheduled reexaminations, the owner must consult with the family and make any adjustments determined to be ap- propriate. Any change in the family’s income or other circumstances that re- sults in an adjustment in the Total Tenant Payment, Tenant Rent and Housing Assistance Payment must be verified. See 24 CFR 750.10(d)(2)(i) for the requirements for the disclosure and verification of Social Security Num- bers at interim reexaminations involv- ing new family members. For require- ments regarding the signing and sub- mitting of consent forms by families for the obtaining of wage and claim in- formation from State Wage Informa- tion Collection Agencies, see 24 CFR part 5. At any interim reexamination after June 19, 1995 when there is a new family member, the owner shall follow the requirements of 24 CFR part 5 con- cerning obtaining and processing evi- dence of citizenship or eligible immi- gration status of the new family mem- ber.
Interim Reexaminations. (1) At any time, the PHA may conduct an interim reexamination of family income and composition. (2) At any time, the family may re- quest an interim determination of fam- ily income or composition because of any changes since the last determina- tion. The PHA must make the interim determination within a reasonable time after the family request.
Interim Reexaminations. A. All families, those paying income‐based rent as well as flat rent, must report all changes in family and household composition that occur between bi/triennial reexaminations (or updates) within 10 business days of change. B. HANH will conduct interim reexaminations to account for any changes in household composition that occur between biannual/triennial reexaminations in accordance with the ACOP. C. If a family reports a change that the family was not required to report and that would result in a decrease in the TTP, XXXX will conduct an interim reexamination. D. Families are required to report the following types of changes within 10 business days of the occurrence. XXXX will conduct an interim if the family’s TTP will change as a result of the reported change. 1. All new sources of income (including returning to a previous employer, or the resumption of benefits or other income) 2. Increases in family non‐wage income from an existing source of $200 a month or more 3. For families for whom XXXX has granted an Exceptional Expense deduction, any subsequent decreases in Exceptional Expenses 4. Increases in household income for families who declared zero income at their most recent reexamination 5. For families who have been exempt from minimum rent, any increase in income.
Interim Reexaminations. Rent, as stated in Section 3. or as adjusted by written amendment to this lease, will remain in effect for the period between annual reexaminations unless a change in household income, household composition, or exceptional medical or unusual expenses occurs which would reduce the rent in accordance with the approved Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy. All changes, whether resulting in an increase or decrease in income or family composition, must be reported in writing to CDA within ten (10) business days of when Xxxxxx becomes aware that such change will occur. The failure of any adult household member to report any change in income or family composition to CDA is a serious violation of this lease and is grounds for CDA to terminate the lease.

All changes, whether resulting in an increase or decrease in income or family composition, must be reported in writing to CDA within 10 days of when Xxxxxx becomes aware that such change will occur. The failure of any adult household member to report any change in income or family composition to CDA is grounds for termination of this lease.

  • Eye Examinations All represented employees, who are health service system members, shall be eligible for one (1) annual VDT examination and prescribed eyewear.

  • Patents As to any patentable subject matter contained in the deliverables, the Contractor agrees to disclose such patentable subject matter to the City. Further, if requested by the City, the Contractor agrees to assign and, if necessary, cause each of its employees to assign the entire right, title, and interest to specific inventions under such patentable subject matter to the City and to execute, acknowledge, and deliver and, if necessary, cause each of its employees to execute, acknowledge, and deliver an assignment of letters patent, in a form to be reasonably approved by the City, to the City upon request by the City.
