Personal Information may be processed, accessed or disclosed (in accordance with this clause) in countries outside Singapore when you or your employees, Card Members or representatives (as the case may be) travel or make foreign purchases and for the purpose of administering the Account. In such cases, we will take appropriate steps to ensure the same level of protection for your information in other countries outside Singapore.

SurveySparrow Inc., may transfer Personal Data to the United States and/or to other third countries where SurveySparrow Inc., or its Sub-processors operate for purposes of offering the services, the details of which can be obtained as stated in Section 4.3. SurveySparrow Inc. will follow the requirements of this Addendum regardless of where such Personal Data is stored or processed. Wherever there is a Restricted Transfer of Personal Data, SurveySparrow will ensure such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and in accordance with this Addendum. SurveySparrow will not transfer Personal Data that is subject to the European data protection law to any country or recipient not recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data without taking all such measures as are necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with applicable European data protection laws. Such measures include Standard Contractual Clauses, implementation of security, technical and organizational measures as detailed in Appendix 2 to the SCC. In relation to the processing of Personal Data that is subject to the UK GDPR, the Standard Contractual Clauses will be modified and interpreted in accordance with the UK Addendum which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of this Addendum. For the sake of clarity, Tables 1, 2 and 3 of the UK Addendum will be deemed completed with the information set out in the Annexes of this DPA and Table 4 will be deemed completed by selecting “neither party”; and any conflict between the terms of the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum will be resolved in accordance with Section 10 and 11 of the UK Addendum.

We are currently storing data in the UK and EU and so, by using Diode, you are permitting and consenting to the transfer of information, including Personal Data, outside of the US.

If any SaaS Subscribers are located in one of the 15 European Union Member Nation States (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom), Switzerland, Canada or any other nation with privacy legislation, You agree to obtain their consent that any personal information (e.g., data and content) they provide to You, and ultimately to xXxxx.xx, and any such information which is communicated or stored on xXxxx.xx servers during their usage of the Services will ultimately be transferred to, stored in and hosted by a data center in the United States.
