Internet Account Access. If you request Internet Account Access, you hereby authorize issuance of a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and any other verification and identification password, code or security device to access accounts and perform other authorized transactions including the payment of bills via the Internet. You understand and acknowledge that a separate agreement for access to the system or for some of its services may be required, and you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of such agreement. You acknowledge that the Credit Union may revoke any access or services hereunder or any other agreement to provide such an access device.

Internet Account Access. You may use the Internet to access your accounts to conduct the following: o View account summaries and transaction histories o Make withdrawals from your account(s) o Transfer funds between your accounts o Make recurring loan payments o Make stop payment requests o Use Bill Pay to pay other third parties.
Internet Account Access. You may use a computer to transfer funds between your Wings accounts, initiate a remote deposit of a check, make payments to third parties from your checking account (Xxxx Xxxxx), and transfer funds to/from accounts you have at other financial institutions (external transfer).   • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement.   • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Investment; Access to Data The undersigned has carefully reviewed and understands the risks of, and other considerations relating to, a purchase of the Common Stock and an investment in the Company. The undersigned has been furnished materials relating to the Company, the private placement of the Common Stock or anything else that it has requested and has been afforded the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers concerning the terms and conditions of the offering and obtain any additional information which the Company possesses or can acquire without unreasonable effort or expense. Representatives of the Company have answered all inquiries that the undersigned has made of them concerning the Company, or any other matters relating to the formation and operation of the Company and the offering and sale of the Common Stock. The undersigned has not been furnished any offering literature other than the materials that the Company may have provided at the request of the undersigned; and the undersigned has relied only on such information furnished or made available to the undersigned by the Company as described in this Section. The undersigned is acquiring the Shares for investment for the undersigned's own account, not as a nominee or agent and not with the view to, or for resale in connection with, any distribution thereof. The undersigned acknowledges that the Company is a start-up company with no current operations, assets or operating history, which may possibly cause a loss of Purchaser’s entire investment in the Company.

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage The Company collects, processes and uses the International Participant’s personal data, including the International Participant’s name, home address, email address, and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Equity Awards or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the International Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the International Participant or the Employer. In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of the International Participant’s personal data is the International Participant’s consent.

  • Computer Access Where possible, providing no additional costs are incurred by the Employer, one (1) authorized representative of each Union shall be entitled to submit for posting on the Employer's electronic communication system one electronic Union notice per month for members of the bargaining unit. The Employer shall determine the method of distribution. The Employer shall review all proposed notices and retain a discretion not to post any notice that it deems unlawful or contrary to the Employer’s interests, which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised. The Union agrees to indemnify the Employer for any liability arising out of offensive or otherwise unlawful notices posted by the Union. Nothing in this Article requires a change to distribution practices that existed prior to April 1, 2015.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.
