Mobile Check Deposits. You can deposit checks into your SoFi Checking or Savings account remotely using your smartphone, tablet or other camera‐enabled device by accessing the Mobile Deposit feature of the SoFi Mobile App. SoFi Bank does not accept physical checks for deposit in-person, by mail, by night depository or any other means. To activate the Mobile Deposit feature, your SoFi Account must have received deposits totaling at least $500 since your Account was first opened. The precise amount of deposits required for your Account will be determined by SoFi based on your Account history and other information. SoFi shall notify you of the precise amount of deposits required within the Mobile Deposit flow. SoFi reserves the right to adjust this threshold at any time. You can only deposit mobile checks into your SoFi Account that are denominated in U.S. Dollars and are drawn on U.S. depository institutions (including a U.S. branch of a foreign bank). All checks deposited via the Mobile Deposit feature must be endorsed. An endorsement is a signature, stamp or other mark made on a check to transfer the check to another person. If a check you deposited does not have your endorsement, we may endorse it for you or treat the check as if we had endorsed it. Also, any deposited check that appears to contain your stamped or facsimile endorsement will be treated as if you had actually endorsed it. We are not bound by any conditional or restrictive endorsements on a check you cash or deposit, or by any endorsement “without recourse.” You may not deposit third‐party endorsed checks (i.e., a check originally made payable to another person that has been endorsed to you) into your SoFi Bank Account. When depositing a check via Mobile Deposit, we require that you add the notation “For Mobile Deposit only at SoFi Bank” to your endorsement of the check. Mobile Check Deposits. Your mobile check deposit will be available no sooner than the fourth business day after we receive the check. Funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer time period based on our review of the check and your Account history. Check deposits requiring additional review will generally be available no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit. If you need to be sure when a particular deposit will be available for withdrawal, you can verify the availability of your deposit by viewing the transaction detail in your Greenwood app or by calling 0-000-000-0000. Special Rules for New Accounts Special rules apply during the first 30 days of any new Account you open with Xxxxxxxxx: ● Funds from wire transfers or ACH direct deposits will be available on the same business day after the deposit is applied to your Account. ● All check deposits may be held for an extended period of time but no longer than seven business days after deposit is received.

Mobile Check Deposits. “Mobile Check Deposits” are deposits you make by submitting an electronic check through Netevia’s mobile check capture service (“Mobile Check Capture”). Mobile Check Deposits are subject to additional terms as set forth in the Mobile Check Capture Terms of Service available at xxx.Xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx- check-capture-terms. By using Mobile Check Capture, you hereby agree to the Mobile Check Capture Terms of Service. Deposits can only be made using the above-described methods. We will not inbound wire transfers or cash mailed or otherwise delivered to us, including if delivered in person at a Bank branch or office. All Direct Deposits are provisional until we receive final settlement for entry. We are not responsible for attempted deposits that are not submitted in accordance with this Agreement. We reserve the right to reject any deposit, or limit its size, for any reason, including possible fraud or suspicious activity, or because the identifying information for the named recipient does not match the information we have on file for you. We may return all or part of an attempted deposit to you or the sender. If a deposit is reversed because of suspected fraud or other circumstances, you agree that we may deduct the amount of the reversed transaction from your Card Account balance at any time and without notice. You agree to promptly repay any overdrafts resulting from such reversals. Please consult the Fee Schedule in Section 3 of this Agreement to determine what fees will apply before making a deposit. The amount of applicable fees may vary depending on the type of deposit you are making.
