Internet Broadband Connectivity. The Bidder must have a high speed internet connectivity (preferably Broadband) to access GAIL’s e-Tender Portal for downloading the Tender document and uploading/submitting the Bids. 3.3 A valid e-mail Id of the Organization/Firm Bidder must possess an e-mail Id, preferably of the Organisation (in case of a company)/Individual (in case of proprietorship concern)/Partner having Power of Attorney (in case of a partnership firm) to create login Id. The e-mail Id should not be changed frequently. All communication related to e-tendering including system generated mails shall be sent on this e-mail Id only. The communication to bidder is fully automated through the system and hence email-id of bidder is very important for online communication with bidder during various stages of tendering process and should be preferably common e-mail Id of the Organisation. 3.4 User ID and Password for new Bidder(s) To participate in the bidding process, it is mandatory on the part of bidder(s) to have user Id and password. Without user Id (Login Id), bidders cannot participate in e-tender. There will be single login Id for a bidder/vendor code. A bidder having offices/establishments at different address at same city or at different cities shall have different vendor codes and accordingly, different user Ids as a particular user Id is linked to a particular vendor code. Internet Broadband Connectivity. As part of the Service, MPC will provide an Internet broadband connection to the camera unless otherwise noted. The Internet connection is not available for any use other than to connect the camera. Customer must have an Internet broadband connection to access the Service. The Service uses Internet bandwidth, the amount of which may vary based upon Customer’s use of the Services. MPC is not responsible for any degradation of performance or function of other Internet-connected devices due to Internet bandwidth used by Customer’s access of the Services. Customer acknowledges the Service may not function when the internet connection is not operating or is otherwise unavailable for any reason, including network outages, cable cuts, network maintenance, network congestion, equipment failures, force majeure events, etc. Transmission of wireless signals can be further affected by radio signal strength and availability at Customer’s premises. Customer is responsible for immediately notifying MPC of any system failure or malfunction, including a broadband or signal transmission failure. Video and other internet-dependent components of the Services and transmission of surveillance content to a remote storage site will not function without a functioning Internet connection. Customer must have a separate Internet broadband connection to access the Content.

  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.

  • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator.
