Interpreting and Translation Services. The contract must have provisions that indicate:
i. The provider must provide qualified sign language interpreters if closed captioning is not the appropriate auxiliary aid for the Member.
ii. The provider must ensure the provider’s staff are trained to appropriately communicate with patients with various types of hearing loss.
iii. The provider shall report to the PHP, in a format and frequency to be determined by the PHP, whether hearing loss accommodations are needed and provided and the type of accommodation provided.
Interpreting and Translation Services. Provider shall (i) provide qualified sign language interpreters if closed captioning is not the appropriate auxiliary aid for the Member; (ii) ensure the Provider’s staff are trained to appropriately communicate with Members with various types of hearing loss; and (iii) report to Health Plan, in a format and frequency to be determined by Health Plan, whether hearing loss accommodations are needed and provided, and the type of accommodation provided.
Interpreting and Translation Services. Provider must make language interpretation available by telephone and/or in person enabling Members to communicate with Provider. TDD (telecommunication devices for the deaf) must also be made available for persons who have impaired hearing or a communication disorder. Provider must provide qualified sign language interpreters if closed captioning is not the appropriate auxiliary aid for the Member. The Provider must ensure the Provider’s staff is trained to appropriately communicate with patients with various types of hearing loss. Provider shall report to Alliance in a format and frequency to be determined by Alliance, whether hearing loss accommodations are needed and provided, and the type of accommodation provided.

ii. Contractor must ensure staff are trained to appropriately communicate with patients with various types of hearing loss.
iii. Contractor shall report to the BH I/DD Tailored Plan, in a format and frequency to be determined by the BH I/DD Tailored Plan, whether hearing loss accommodations are needed and provided, and the type of accommodation provided.
Interpreting and Translation Services. Participating Provider shall provide qualified sign language interpreters if closed captioning is not the appropriate auxiliary aid for the Covered Person. Participating Provider shall ensure that Participating Provider’s staff are trained to appropriately communicate with patients with various types of hearing loss. Participating Provider shall report to Carolina Complete, in a format and frequency determined by Carolina Complete, whether hearing loss accommodations are needed and provided and the type of accommodation provided. (Section VII, G(1)(t)).
Interpreting and Translation Services. The Contractor shall translate documents and/or interpret verbal comments between English and Arabic, Armenian, Cantonese, Cambodian, Farsi, Hmong, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese and other languages as required. Interpreting services will be required at onsite and offsite meetings, workshops and hearings.

Interpreting and Translation Services. 1. In connection with the holding of meetings under the present agreement, the assistance of interpreters shall be provided as necessary.
2. Notices, agendas, relevant information, reports, cf. Clause 5, Subclause 1 and Clause 7, Subclause 5, shall, to the necessary extent, be translated into the languages relevant under this agreement. The costs incidental thereto shall be paid for by Xxxx Foods amba.
