Interview. The interview of newly hired nurses as referred to in Article 5.06 will be conducted during the first day of the general Hospital orientation program. The Hospital will provide, in writing, the dates of general Hospital orientation on an annualized basis to the Union. The Hospital will endeavour to provide the name(s) of the newly hired nurse(s) to the Union prior to each meeting.
