Mail Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use the unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship, or examination of such communications by the employer.

The building administrators or School Board will not be responsible for items lost or misplaced. U.S. Postal regulations shall apply. 540 NON-JEOPARDY CLAUSE The District shall not discriminate against any bargaining unit member in matters of salaries, fringe benefits, or terms and conditions of this Agreement on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, physical handicap, marital status, change in marital status, sexual preference, political affiliation, or national origin. No employee shall suffer discrimination, jeopardy, or coercion in employment or promotional opportunity because of Association activities.
Mail Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use intra-school mail facilities as long as such use does not hamper or conflict with the intended use by the Board.

Faculty mail shall not be disturbed under any circumstances by unauthorized persons. The use of Employer mailing facilities shall be for College-related business only.
Mail Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use the District mail service and unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members regarding matters within the scope of representation subject to reasonable regulations to prevent disruption of the District’s services.

The Association shall have the right to place Association material in school mail boxes, with good judgment, except where it interferes with the orderly transmission of inter-school mail. The Association shall not utilize inter-school mail deliveries for the distribution of material relating to candidates seeking public office. The Board of Education, its agents or assignees, shall bear no responsibility and/or liability to any person, corporation or association for any failure, error, omission, mistake or loss with regard to the use of the interschool facilities.
Mail Facilities. The bargaining agent shall have the right to use school mail and electronic mail facilities within the District. A copy of all materials shall first be given to the building principal.
