Common use of Intra-District Voluntary Staff Exchange Clause in Contracts

Intra-District Voluntary Staff Exchange. 1. With approval by both staff members and their administrators, two (2) staff members may exchange job positions for one (1) school year. Such exchanges are temporary and each staff member will be considered placed at their original school for the following year’s staffing. 2. After the year, if all four (4) parties agree, the transfers can become permanent placements.

After the year, if all four (4) parties agree, the transfers can become permanent placements, subject to all of the other transfer and assignment language of this Section 5.11 with the understanding the year of the initial exchange does not count as a transfer.
