Items Furnished. Company shall furnish Employee with such private office, secretarial assistance, and such other facilities, equipment and services suitable to his position and adequate to perform his duties hereunder. Employee shall not be relocated by Company without his consent.

Items Furnished. If the unit is furnished, the furniture must remain in the unit and not be moved from the unit nor exchanged with furniture from any other unit. If dehumidifier has been provided, Lessee must keep it plugged in and turned on at all times, and must empty any catch basin as needed.
