Common use of IUPAT Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund Clause in Contracts

IUPAT Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the IUPAT Finishing Trades Institute (IUPAT-FTI) and further provide a minimum contribution of five cents ($0.05) per hour for each Journeyman and Apprentice employee covered under this Agreement.
