Health and Welfare Trust Fund Contingent upon the Fund being jointly and equally trusteed, the Employer shall contribute to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Health and Welfare Trust Fund in accordance with the attached Appendix A and forming part of this Agreement.
HEALTH AND WELFARE PLAN 16.01 The Employer agrees to pay the amount as set out in the Wage Schedules for all hours worked for each employee towards the Insurance Plan administered by the CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
Health and Welfare Fund Pursuant to provisions contained in a pre vious Collective Bargaining Agreement, there has been established a Health and Welfare Fund known as the “ Retail Meat Cutter Unions and Employers Joint Health and Welfare Fund For The Chicago Area” ; said Fund is hereinafter referred to as the “ Health and Welfare Fund.”
Health and Welfare Plans (a) A copy of the master contracts with the carriers for the extended health care, dental and group life plans shall be sent to the President of the Union.
Joint Health and Safety Committee i) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative selected or appointed by the Association from amongst bargaining unit employees from each Hospital site. Hospitals will choose either to include a representative from the bargaining unit from each Hospital site, or to have a separate Joint Health and Safety Committee at each Hospital site, unless the parties agree otherwise.
PREGNANCY LEAVE BENEFITS Common Central Provisions a) The Employer shall provide for permanent and long-term occasional teachers and teachers hired into a term position who access such leaves, a SEB plan to top up their E.I.
HEALTH AND WELFARE 36.01 Health and welfare benefits shall be as contained in Appendix "A" of this Agreement and shall form part of this Agreement.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.
Health and Safety Committee Where required a committee will be formed and will meet where required by the Employer’s safety policies and by statute.
